"I have been working with People Business Consulting regarding a programme for my department.

I have valued the fact that PBC are highly responsive and have worked with me and my management team to structure a programme and events that are tailored to the specific needs of my department. In the time we have been working with PBC they have planned and executed two events, which have had a great balance between thinking and doing.

Throughout PBC have coxed and encouraged everyone to think and act beyond their normal boundaries, and importantly they have also managed to make it fun.

The acid test though is the very real and positive impact these events have had. Moral of the team has improved significantly with many more people now taking an active part in the development of the department as a whole, as opposed to simply doing their jobs. As a result of the impetus coming out of the events new working patterns have been agreed and implemented, long standing working processes are now being reviewed and revised and we are shortly to launch a new team intranet site.
