Dealing with Conflict

 

Becoming and more assertive and confident manager.

This one or two day facilitated workshop allows participants to develop an understanding of other people’s strategies and styles, and it provides participants with a framework to redevelop their assertiveness to empower and reengage them at home and in the workplace.

Our facilitator's work with your manager's enabling them so they are able to understand their personal needs and be able to ask openly and directly for what they want whilst recognising and respecting the needs of others.

They will learn how to relate to people in an open and honest way and feel responsible for, and in control of, their own actions being able to resolve difficulties and disputes in a way that feels comfortable and just to those involved.
