Coaching is the process of providing the coachee with guidance and insight by challenging perspectives and providing feedback thereby developing the new skill, or behaviour, whilst working towards a desired outcome.

PBC understand the commercial and personal issues you face and have a team of coaches that will work with you in 'real-time' to guide you, challenge you and empower you.

Coaching provides:

Coaching sessions can be organised over the telephone or by meeting face to face. Telephone sessions, typically last 30 minutes to an hour and are ideal for people always on the move. Face to face sessions, typically lasting 2 hours can be organised either in the office or at an alternative location.
