If someone doesn't know they are doing something wrong, or making someone feel badly, then why would they do anything differently? In their own reality their behaviour or words are perfectly acceptable; this is why it is an obligation to give personal feedback! This Personal feedback workshop is designed to provide participants with the insights and understanding needed to giving personal feedback they should to empower and develop the people around them.
