Influencing Skills

The purpose of this course is to help participants recognise the different methods of influencing and be able to select the most appropriate interpersonal skills for the situation.

Participants will gain and understanding of and be able to use a range of techniques available to achieve influence and draw up strategies for influencing in different situations.

The influencing skills programme involves a mixture of theory and practical task based practice, and will include a range of influencing models, together with the use of self-analysis instruments.
Practical exercises will enable some of the techniques to be put into practice and delegates will leave with a workable strategy.
