We believe in leadership 'from the inside out', and for us this is knowing when to do something and when to do nothing; knowing when to lead and when to manage, and knowing when to use logic and when to use intuition & instinct. The Liberating
Leadership Programme works from the premise that individuals have different
backgrounds, experiences and knowledge of leadership and management development
processes and methodologies. In view of this, the programme needs to be
run flexibly in consultation with the group to cover the tried and tested
basics, as well as specific and, perhaps, more unfamiliar methodologies. The Liberating Leadership programme covers four main areas: |

| Leading the Business - Identifying and managing key stakeholders, influencing strategy and plan, managing upwards, translating goals and mission into measurable behaviours and results | |||||
