knowing when to lead and when to manage, and knowing when to use logic
and when to use intuition & instinct.
The
Liberating Leadership development programme works from the premise that
individuals have different backgrounds, experiences and knowledge of leadership
and managment development processes and methodologies. In view of this,
the programme is run flexibly, in consultation with the group, to cover
the tried and tested basics as well as specific and, perhaps, more unfamiliar
and unusual leader methodologies.
This Liberating Leadership programme covers four main areas:

myself - Clarification of personal strengths, limitations, goals and
learning focus, the impact you have on others, evaluating emotional
intelligence
Developing
Others - Leading and managing change, coaching, facilitating, consulting
and counselling, managing the EQ of self and others during difficult
situations
Leading
Others - Leadership style, building high performing teams, understanding
group and individual dynamics, influencing other people positively
Leading the Business - Identifying and managing key stakeholders,
influencing strategy and plan, managing upwards, translating goals
and mission into measurable behaviours and results
