Consulting has developed a unique “Change Management”
workshop which is designed to provide first class management training,
for people who lead others, the self-confidence and the performance
management strategies they need to manage themselves though times
of change, and the leadership skills to take others through change
too.
The
aim of the workshop is to help identify the pressures to change
and to develop a shared understanding and strategy for the change
process. We identify the key areas needed to champion change,
and to be confident in using the variety of tools that can help
us manage change and the transition.
