The
aim of the programme is for participants to develop the skills
and understanding enabling them to deliver effective meeting and
team briefs that make a positive impact on individuals, teams
and the business as a whole.
Delegates
will develop a clear understanding of the purpose of meetings
and team briefs, what to cover and how to prepare for them. They
will develop the skills needed to manage discussion ensuring that
the key points are covered and the meeting is kept on track. This
will increase their ability to deal with issues that may arise
and build confidence in managing negative behaviour.
