Managing Poor Performance

‘Even Tiger Woods Needs Help With His Back-swing
Why? Because he can’t see it.'

This one day course is for anyone managing the performance and appraisal employees.

It looks at "managing" as a process that is ongoing; one that focuses on helping people develop their day-to-day performance.

It will help you provide your direct reports with a chance to review and assess their progress and enable you more generally to help develop the skills and confidence of the person being appraised.

This means of course giving difficult feedback, not postponing or sugar coating awkward issues and doing so efficiently, professionally and with long-term care involved.

This programme works with a mixture of presentation, discussion and practical exercises, through which you will develop practical skills which are then ready to be applied.
