As individuals, we tend to view the world not as it is but as we see it filtered through our own life experiences. Our perceptions can be very different from the view that another person has.
The more we understand what drives others behaviour, the greater our flexibility in response and the easier it is to avoid the unwarranted conflict that occurs through misunderstanding.

The SDI® is a suite of tools based on Relationship Awareness - a learning model for understanding the motive behind behaviour.

Unlike other “personality” theory models, Relationship Awareness helps to reveal why individuals act the way they do (both in and out of conflict).
Armed with these insights, people can immediately start improving their personal and professional relationships.
The SDI® is a common sense, non-judgmental way to:
