He combines twelve years of senior sales and management experience within the computer and computer games industry with an excellent knowledge of experiential learning to provide a perceptive and high quality service as a development consultant.

This wealth of prior commercial experience, blended with NLP (a practical arm of psychology), allows him to coach and facilitate individuals and organisations to apply practical solutions to change. This is where Chris's passion lies, enabling him to inspire participants to take ownership of their learning to create real and lasting change.

He consistently provides a high level of energy and enthusiasm with a programme focus that is fun and highly effective.

Victor Marino

In 1982 Victor left the corporate environment where he worked in sales management and marketing positions with Xerox and Olivetti. He wanted to seek out different ways of leadership and new ways of increasing performance and business results.

He investigated different approaches to improving personal and group performance. They included specific mind focusing techniques that accelerate learning, reduce stress and increase emotional stability.

He studied NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) (where he is an accredited trainer) in order to gain insights into decision making, communications and success modelling. He is also accredited in coaching, counselling and hypnotism.

Today his work takes him across the world where he consults and trains individuals and groups on leadership from the inside out. The essence of successful management and how and to harness the power of the team.

With over 20 year’s experience in outdoor experiential team building and development training, Simon presents a wide array of unique skills and talents. He is an Accredited Practitioner, Mentor and Assessor of the Institute for Outdoor Learning, and is licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority.
His primary drive is to create memorable, dependence-free opportunities for learning and development, using fully inclusive mixed-media experiences usually, but not exclusively using the “greater” outdoors as the inspirational stage.
Simon has worked throughout Europe designing and presenting experiential development and behavioural change programmes for a wide range of organisations and individuals, and says:
“I’m not just a believer in the value of equality, more an enabler of people through recognition and development of their diverse capabilities and potential”.
For some strange reason Simon still lives in the UK and frequently wonders why we live in such a rainy country. He enjoys visiting Thailand, eating and cooking Thai food, playing in cold winter conditions. He dislikes disappointment, grey days, jumping into cold water, aubergines and canned peaches.
